Situated in Horley Town Centre, Horley Library is one of the most used libraries in Surrey and is a valuable focal point for our community.
The library is always busy, and it’s not just about books. People of all ages use the library to access the internet, pick up local information and meet friends.
The Horley History Society play an active part, there is a great kids’ corner, meeting rooms for hire, facilities for photocopies and much more.
Horley library has two small meeting rooms for hire. The rooms are bright, modern spaces ideal for a large variety of uses. The rooms can be hired individually or the whole larger space can be hired as one. Situated in the main shopping street, close to pay and display parking. Find out more.

Surrey Libraries Direct Home Service
If you have difficulty getting to your local Surrey library due to ill health, disability, mobility problems or caring responsibilities Library Direct can arrange for books and audio books to be brought to you at home on a regular basis by a volunteer checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
To register for this free service, please fill in the Library Direct Home Service registration form, or ask someone to fill it in on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact our Library Direct team on 01372 833165 (Monday to Friday).

West Sussex Libraries Essential Delivery Service
If you feel safer staying at home or are unable to get to the library, West Sussex Libraries offer an Essential Delivery Service and may be able to deliver your items to you.
